1. The motor is working normally, but the output shaft of the reducer is not rotating

Check if the locking ring between the motor shaft and the input end of the reducer is securely fastened. If the gearbox output shaft still does not rotate after being locked, the motor needs to be removed and the gearbox output end needs to be manually rotated to see if it is stuck.

2. The noise generated by the gearbox during operation is too loud

The loud noise of the gearbox is generally due to the high input speed. The input speed can be reduced by lowering the reduction ratio. In addition, the noise of helical gear reducers is smaller than that of spur gear reducers.

3. The gearbox is leaking oil

The main reason for oil leakage is the increase in internal pressure of the reducer, which is caused by the increase in temperature, that is, the high speed, and the need to reduce the input speed.

3. Adding lubricating oil appropriately

In theory, it is not recommended to replace the lubricating oil on the gearbox frequently, and adding lubricating oil should not be too much or too frequently, as this will affect the use of the gearbox.
