The RV reducer adopts a two-stage reduction design (planetary gear+cycloidal pinwheel), which combines high torque (rated output torque of 167 N · m or more) and high rigidity. The instantaneous peak torque can reach 5 times the rated value, making it suitable for emergency braking and other scenarios.

 

The cycloidal pinwheel meshing structure achieves 100% continuous meshing, disperses stress distribution, has a backlash of less than 1 arc minute, a repeat positioning accuracy of ± 0.01 °, and a lifespan of over 100000 hours.

 

The integrated angular contact bearing design enhances its resistance to external loads, reduces the need for supporting components, and lowers installation costs.

 

Innovation in Materials and Processes

 

The core components are made of carburized alloy steel (such as 42CrMoA) with optimized fatigue strength; Japanese companies such as Nabotsk have introduced vacuum heat treatment technology to control dimensional accuracy to the 0.002mm level.

 

Silicon nitride ceramic bearings have a lifespan of 5 times that of steel bearings in high temperature/corrosive environments, and can run for 8000 hours without lubrication. They are suitable for food processing and semiconductor robots.
